Emma Lov is a native New Yorker. Emma was just 12 years old when she wrote her first song, "That Day", a song written about Sept. 11 and its enduring effect on her and others. A powerful vocalist whose unique tone and raw emotion bring natural comparisons to Regina Spektor, Avril Lavingne and Sara Bareilles.

Emma is also an equally talented songwriter and lyricist. While attending the prestigious LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, she wrote, sold and performed a song for Hasbro Toys, and wrote another song used by Nickelodeon. Comfortable in front of the mic with her guitar or behind the piano, Emma has performed live at The Bitter End in Greenwich Village and The Press Club in Portland, Oregon. She is currently attending the SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Music where she is majoring in studio composition. Emma has already been asked to write songs for major recording artists as well.
